Each type of collar comes with pros and cons. Unless you have experience with tube collars and have had positive results, we generally recommend using a healing cone for better protection. We have a 1-3 business days processing time before your order is shipped. We usually ship Healing cones within 1 day because we want your dog to heal faster. We ship Monday-Friday via USPS.

You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays. 

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

We stand behind every product that we sell. However, Due to small batch production, we don't accept returns. But you can contact us at hello@milliondogsusa.com if you have any issues. We'd love to help you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, Shipping fee is customer's responsibility. 

Please email us to cancel an order. A $5 restock and admin fee will be charged for cancelling orders. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

We accept most major credit cards and Google Pay. We also offer payment via SHOPPAY to buy now and pay later with no interest or fees. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.
